That’s right! This will be the easiest vacation you take. Most meals, fitness classes (CTS and Yoga), and a Jeep Tour are some of the wonderful things planned for you! All you have to do is get there and we’ll take care of the rest!

Strength and stretch, our twice daily classes will merge Rachel’s signature CTS (cardio, tone, sculpt) with Maria’s vinyasa yoga flow for a full body and mind workout. This retreat, we will be incorporating some breathwork and guided meditation.

Not a fitness fanatic? All good, classes are designed with all levels in mind.

Retreat Yourself to a four-night vacay that is equal parts yin and yang. Join Rachel & Maria in a Luxe Sedona Mansion with incredible views. Pack your bags!

Each day is so different, but here is an idea!

7:30 am- Coffee/light bites

8:30 am - CTS

10am - breakfast buffet

12pm - yoga

2 pm - visit cathedral rock/ walk Sedona town

About Sedona

Sedona is an Arizona desert town near Flagstaff that’s surrounded by red-rock buttes, steep canyon walls and pine forests. It’s noted for its mild climate and vibrant arts community. Uptown Sedona is dense with New Age shops, spas and art galleries. On the town’s outskirts, numerous trailheads access Red Rock State Park, which offers bird-watching, hiking and picnicking spots.

We can not wait to experience and explore all this powerful piece of Earth has to offer!

Meet MARIA & RACHEL

Maria

A retired Lawyer, and full time Yogi, Maria began her yoga practice in 2010, and became certified to lead in 2017. Originally from Brooklyn, New York (Go Yankees!), from a tight knit family, yoga has provided Maria with a sense of community that she didn't think was possible when she moved to Miami in 2015.

Designed for yogis of all levels, her classes are filled with creative and unexpected sequencing set to a fun and energetic playlist (think old school throwbacks). Focusing on fun over form, she encourages yogis to listen to their own bodies and use their breath as a way to quiet their minds through movement.

 

Rachel

Rachel is a master instructor at SoulCycle and creator of CTS by Rachel. She is a mama and wife, originally from North Carolina, claiming a bit of NYC after living in Brooklyn for 7 years, and currently living the sunny life in Miami, FL.

While 28 weeks pregnant and during COVID-19 (and SoulCycle closed), Rachel had to find a way to keep the community she built at SoulCycle engaged. This is how she created her own fitness brand:  Cardio Tone Sculpt by Rachel. She taught online through the pandemic and created a community bigger then she would have ever thought. Rachel believes movement is medicine and sharing her love for music and sweat is her passion. CTS is for all levels, you just have to be open to trying!

How do I get there?

Where is Sedona?

Most direct flights are through Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. However the closest airport is Flagstaff Airport. We can help you organize flights if needed.

What time should I get there?
The first event is a welcome workout at 5pm on 11/13/2024. We would love for you to arrive before then to get settled, but it’s completely up to you.

What’s on the menu?

What are we eating?
We always try to incorporate local, seasonal and organic foods into our retreats. All breakfast is included and three dinners planned by your hosts (welcome Dinner, Group Dinner, and Farewell Dinner). Lunch will be included one day - there are many options for the others and we want you to explore. One night is open for you to choose dinner solo or with friends as well! We want you to feel like you have a chance to try a meal of your choice!

But I’m gluten/dairy free, what can I eat?
Please let us know any dietary restrictions so we can make accommodations for you.

Fitness Facts

What equipment should I bring?
We would love if you bring a travel yoga mat. Liked HERE.

I’ve never done yoga or CTS, can I still come?
Yes!! All of our classes are designed for all levels and modifications for all exercises will be offered. No experience necessary. Also, check our social media for fun fitness events and happy hours leading up to the retreat!

What is CTS?
CTS is a unique fitness class created by Rachel that is divided into three sections, Cardio, Tone and Sculpt. Each section consists of three exercises done for 45 seconds, and repeated three times.

I’m not good at yoga.
There is no such thing as not being good at yoga. Maria leads a vinyasa based yoga flow, where your breath links to your movement. The sequences combine strength based postures with poses intended to stretch and lengthen your muscles and your breath.

Do I have to take all the classes?
Absolutely not. No attendance will be taken, come and go as you please. This is your vacation!

The boring stuff

What’s the cancellation Policy?
The 50% deposit is nonrefundable. If cancellation is made after, October 1st, 2024 you will forfeit the entire cost of the retreat. We recommend when booking your travel that you purchase travel insurance to account for any unforeseen events.

How much does the retreat cost?
The cost of the retreat depends on the type of room you choose and whether you choose to bunk with a friend. However, the retreat rate includes all meals (with the exception of one dinner, and lunches), all fitness classes, transportation to the hike, and gratuity and tax.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, we will require 50% of your room share as a deposit. 

When is payment due?
A 50 % deposit is due upon booking to reserve your spot and room, and the remaining balance will need to be paid by October 1st, 2024.

How do I pay?
We will take payment through Venmo or Zelle. You will receive a request for payment from Rachel (@Rachel-Loebs), we ask that your deposit be made within 3 days of the request to reserve your spot.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Of course! You can check out other hotels or air B&B’s in the area.

Check out is at 11am November 17th.
