LIVE CLASS SCHEDULE
Cardio Tone Sculpt incorporates a multi-tiered approach to fitness. All CTS class consists of 3 rounds of exercises, focusing on high intensity movement. Cardio: Spike heart rate that sustains caloric burn throughout the workout. Tone: Enhance muscular stability and strength. Sculpt: Define and lengthen muscle. Each virtual CTS class ranges from 30-50 minutes. Make sure you have a mat or towel and feel free to grab weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, or any other equipment you would like to add.
